Love Communications website care plans

Many thanks for signing up to the Starter Client Care Plan with Love Communications.
Please read this information to understand how we work to make sure your site is online and working hard for you 24 hours/day
Contacting Love Communications:
We have up and downtime monitoring on our clients sites and receive notifications of any issues.
While we monitor sites 24/7, standard office hours are observed: 8am-6pm AEST, Monday - Friday.
We will contact you to discuss issues outside of this time. Taking care of issues during these hours is charged at our hourly rate of $110/hour.
Please send support task requests to support@lovecommunications.com.au.
Please email this address when you have a support request, if you would like to update information, add new content or additional functionality to the site.
Within the care plan, we:
  • perform daily off-site backups
  • update your software, monthly
  • check contact and other forms
  • troubleshoot update issues such as incompatabilities
  • do a visual and function check on the site after updates
Additional Support:
You also have 1 hour of content or other support within this care plan.
Please use this for content updates, or small additional tasks.
We will let you know if we are about to exceed this 1 hour threshold, before additional time is reached.
For tasks that may take longer than 1 hour, we charge $110/hour. We will discuss the task with you prior to reaching charged time.
(Please note, we don't roll this time over. Each month sets afresh)
